Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy for our customers.

Returns:

  • Eligible items: All unworn and undamaged jewelry purchased on our website are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or personalized jewelry

    • Earrings for hygiene reasons

    • Items purchased from sale.

  • Return process:

    • Contact our customer service team at admin@mirakin.com  or +91 8076619407 to initiate a return request within the specified timeframe.

    • We will provide you with return instructions.

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and certificates.

    • Attach the return label and ship the item back to us using the provided method.

  • Return shipping:

    • We offer paid return shipping depending on the reason for the return.

    • Please ensure the item is insured for the full value during return shipping.

  • Refunds and Store Credit:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit   equivalent to the original purchase price, excluding any logistical costs (e.g., shipping, handling), within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the store credit has been processed.


Additional notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in their original condition, have been worn or damaged, or lack original packaging and tags.

  • Unfortunately we don't provide returns and store credit for international orders.

FAQs

It doesn't fit! Is it exchangeable?

In India, we provide free exchanges if you're not satisfied with your order. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, kindly request an exchange. There will be a shipping fee.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Store Credits are not available for products purchased on SALE. Every purchase is final.

Nonetheless, you have 24 hours after making your order to seek a cancellation. Within 7-10 business days, we will provide a store credit if your order has not been processed.
