ship in two to three business days. After that, depending on your location, it
will typically take one to seven days to reach you. When it is on its way, we
will provide you with tracking information via email.

If you live outside India, you may have obligations.
It is advisable to confirm the rules in your nation before placing an order.
Depending on where you live, you may be subject to import taxes, customs fees,
and/or other charges. These charges are going to be your obligation.

We provide Free shipping to Pan India.

In India, we provide free exchanges if you're
not satisfied with your order. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, kindly
request an exchange. There will be a shipping fee.

Refunds are not available for products
purchased on SALE. Every purchase is final. 

Nonetheless, you have 24 hours after
making your order to seek a cancellation. Within 7-10 business days, we will
provide a refund if your order has not been processed.

Mirakin jewelry is crafted in sterling silver. Like all treasures, it must be handled
as such. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes and all plated jewelry does lose a
bit of its colour over time. However with proper care your pieces will remain
beautiful for years to come.

Mirakin offers One year Warranty of free re-plating service for all our products. If
you would like to have your piece cleaned or re-plated please email us on
admin@mirakin.com

• Try to avoid long exposure to moisture and humidity.
• Remove jewelry while bathing or swimming.
• Occasionally wipe with the soft cloth provided by us during your purchase.
• Each piece of jewelry should be kept in a separate pouch.
